TI CC1110F32 SoC devices combine the excellent performance of the CC1101 RF transceiver with an industry-standard enhanced 8051 microcontroller (MCU), up to 32KB of in-system programmable flash memory, and up to 4KB RAM. The TI CC1110F32 is designed for use in low-power SoC wireless applications operating in the 315/433/868/915 MHz ISM/SRD bands.
