AT86RF212 / AT86RF23x AVR® Transceivers
The Microchip AT86RF212 and AT86RF23x are low-power, high-performance AVR® RF transceivers that provide a complete radio interface between the antenna and the microcontroller. The AT86RF212 and AT86RF23x are true SPI-to-antenna solutions. The Microchip AT86RF212 700 / 800 / 900 MHz transceiver is designed for use with IEEE 802.15.4-2006, IEEE 802.15.4c-2009, ZigBee, 6LoWPAN, and ISM applications. The AT86RF212 is the first IEEE 802.15.4 enabled sub gigahertz radio.
