Before rostov-on-don the parcel was 3 months old. Packed well. Capacitors correspond to the description.

In ukraine came in 1,5 months. Dimensions do not match the declared, real: 26x20x15, core diameter 7mm. Secondary resistance of 1130 ohm, inductance without a core of 55 mh (with a core of 13,3 h, if remove the gap). On the online calculator it turns out that in the secondary about 2700 turns of wire ~ 0,04mm copper. Primary 24 and 30 turns, wire of different thickness. Without epoxy, i will not include, and you do not advise. Exactly the same filled trance at me works fine (with rewound primary and without clearance).

***INS: The AHCT373 devices are octal-transparent D-type latches. When the latch-enable (LE) input is high, the Q outputs follow the data (D) inputs. When LE is low, the Q outputs are latched at the logic levels of the D inputs.

***OMO Electronic: A buffered output-enable (OE)\ input can be used to place the eight outputs in either a normal logic state (high or low) or the high-impedance state. In the high-impedance state, the outputs neither load nor drive the bus lines significantly. The high-impedance state and increased drive provide the capability to drive bus lines without interface or pullup components.
