Order received. Ordered one red one blue. Blue is all right, but red is the problem. The voltage adjustment works, and when adjusting the current-if it is at the maximum it is fine, but if you start to reduce the current, the unit starts whistling, the input current starts to grow, although the lamp in the load is dim. And the block itself instantly warms up. Heat both the chip and the condeessators. And the output capacitor heats up literally in seconds, already burns.
