Everything came in full. In the photo one of 3 capacitors. All workers. If you charge the capacitor up to 5 volts, it is discharged for a minute to 2 volts with a small discharge current of about 30 ma. And starting with 2 volts works very long at a current of 10 ma.I ordered them for a bike signal powered by a solar battery. Voltage 3 volts, discharge current 0.5-0.3 a. on one full charge, you can signal about 5 seconds. However, normally bibikalki, which i rarely use.
