TQP9224SR High Linearity 0.25W Power Amplifier
Qorvo TQP9224SR High Linearity 0.25W Power Amplifier (PA) provides 36.7dB gain over the 2.3-2.4GHz frequency range. This surface mount PA with on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits are suitable for small cell or enterprise femto cell applications. TQP9224SR can achieve -50dBc ACLR at +24dBm output power using a 20MHz LTE signal over 2.3GHz to 2.4GHz range. Three integrated high-performance amplifier stages along with few external components help to achieve compact system design. The TQP9224SR small cell PA is available in a lead-free/RoHS-compliant 7mm x 7mm surface mount package.Learn More
