AS431H Adjustable Shunt Regulators
Diodes Inc. AS431H Adjustable Shunt Regulators are three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators with guaranteed thermal stability over a full operating range. These adjustable precision shunt regulators feature sharp turn-on characteristics, low-temperature coefficient, and low output impedance. The AS431H regulators operate within -40°C to 125°C temperature range and are available in 0.5% and 1% voltage tolerance. These regulators are an ideal replacement for Zener diodes in various applications including switching power supply and other adjustable regulators. The AS431H shunt regulators are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and are available in T092 (ammo packaging) and S0T23 ("Green" molding compound).
Adjustable Shunt Regulators
Diodes Incorporated Adjustable Shunt Regulators are three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators with guaranteed thermal stability over the full operating range. These regulators feature sharp turn-on characteristics, low-temperature coefficient, wide operating temperature range, and low output impedance. The adjustable shunt regulators are an ideal substitute for Zener diode in applications such as charger, switching power supply, and other adjustable regulators. Typical applications include voltage adapter, chargers, graphics card, switching power supply, and precision voltage reference.
