R1205L Step-Up DC/DC Converters
Ricoh Electronic Devices Company R1205L Step-Up DC/DC Converters feature pulse-width modulation control. These converters offer a 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range, 800µA typical supply current, and up to 5µA standby current. The R1205L offers Lx peak current limit function, over voltage protection, under voltage lockout, and thermal shutdown function. The R1205L8XXA is for constant voltage power source whereas R1205L8XXB is for driving white LED with the constant voltage power source. These DC/DC converters are free from lead and halogen and available in a DFN1616-6B package. Typical applications are OLED power supply and white LED backlight for portable equipment and constant voltage power source for portable equipment.
