MAX20050–MAX20053 Synchronous-Buck LED Drivers
Maxim Integrated MAX20050–MAX20053 Synchronous-Buck LED Drivers are high-brightness LED (HB LED) drivers designed for automotive exterior lighting applications. Consisting of a fully synchronous step-down converter with integrated 0.14Ω MOSFETs, the devices drive a series string of LEDs up to 2A with a minimum number of external components.
