RClamp0561Z provides board-level protection features such as fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation. The RClamp0561Z devices deliver ESD protection characteristics with low peak ESD clamping voltage, and high ESD withstand voltage (+/-12kV contact per IEC 61000-4-2).

TVS & ESD Protection: Semtech TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Suppressors are state-of-the-art devices designed to protect sensitive circuitry from electrical stress. These TVS Diodes and ESD Suppressors safeguard against damage or latch-up caused by Electrostatic Discharge, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT), lightning, Cable Discharge Events (CDE), and other destructive voltage transients.
