These modules include standard and fast recovery diode modules, Schottky modules, ultrafast modules, thyristor modules, and IGBT modules. The ultrafast and recovery modules are available in the SOT-227 package and are RoHS compliant. These modules are intended for general applications such as High Voltage (HV) power supplies, electronic welders, motor control, and inverters.
