HMC547A GaAs MMIC SPDT Non-Reflective Switches
Analog Devices HMC547A GaAs MMIC SPDT Non-Reflective Switches are high isolation, broadband switches operating from DC to 28Ghz. The HMC547A Switches provide over 40dB isolation and less than 2dB insertion loss at mid-band. Housed in a compact 3x3mm SMT package, the HMC547A Switches offer fast switching speeds of 6ns. These switches use complementary negative control voltage logic lines of -5/0V and require no bias supply. With its wide bandwidth, fast switching, and compact size, the HMC547A Switches are well-suited for military EW/ECM and test equipment applications.
