ON Semiconductor FQP3N50C N-Channel MOSFET uses a proprietary, planar stripe, DMOS technology. This technology is used to minimize on-state resistance and to provide superior switching performance. Features include fast switching, low gate charge (typical 10nC), low Crss (typical 8.5pF), and improved dv/dt capability. The FQP3N50C MOSFET is suitable for high-efficiency switched mode power supplies and active power factor correction.
