Delivered to Kiev for 23 days. I paid 5 bucks for delivery of my order, but the track number was not tracked at all. The module is serviceable, but the charge current is only 0.4 A, which is very small, the battery takes a very long time to charge. The module starts operating at an input voltage of 2.2 V. If the input is less than 2 V, then the module does not work at all.
