As described. New parts and they all tested out good. Shipping speed is good. The price is very good. The only improvement would be packing. They are simply placed in a plastic bag inside a bubble envelope. I am surprised they were not all crushed during shipping because of this. Two IC's with bent pins but was able to straighten them out. See pictures. I would still buy from this seller though because of price and shipping speed.
