MCP8025/6 3-Phase BLDC Motor Gate Drivers: Microchip Technology MCP8025/6 3-Phase BLDC Motor Gate Drivers provide a complete motor control and drive solution for many automotive and industrial applications. The MCP8025/6 drivers offer 3-phase Brushless DC (BLDC) power modules with three integrated half-bridge drivers capable of driving three external NMOS/NMOS transistor pairs. These three half-bridge drivers deliver a peak output current of 0.5A at 12V to power high-side and low-side NMOS MOSFET transistors. The MCP8025/6 drivers offer shoot-through, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection. These gate drivers feature 150ºC ambient temperature, low sleep current of 5µA (typ), and LIN transceiver. The MCP8025/6 drivers are well-suited for under the hood automotive designs and applications that need to reduce key-off power consumption.
