EM-26 eMMC Memory
Swissbit EM-26 eMMC Memory are designed to fulfill JEDEC 5.0 standard and offer a reliable and stable storage product with true industrial operating temperature. These EM-26 eMMC features optimized FW algorithms, single partition, enhanced mode (pSLC), three different data bus width modes, and optimization for long life. The EM-26 eMMC memory has sophisticated firmware architecture for embedded and industrial applications. The read-disturb management monitors the read commands per region and conditionally refreshes the content when critical levels are reached. The wear leveling technology assures that static and dynamic data is balanced evenly across the memory to guarantee maximum write endurance of the device. Typical applications include gaming, Internet of Things (IoT), medical, POS, and as general boot medium for embedded products.
