NXP TWR-S08LH64 module features an ultra low power 8-bit MC9S08LH64segment LCD controller with integrated 16 bit ADC, providing developmenthardware for portable handheld and entry-level metering applications. NXP TWR-S08LH64-KIT includes the TWR-S08LH64, TWR-PROTO,and TWR-ELEV modules. This module and module kit are part of the NXP Tower System, a modular development platformfor 8-, 16-, and 32-bit microcontrollers that enables advanced developmentthrough rapid prototyping. Other new additions to the Tower System include the TWR-SENSOR-PAK, a module package that features swappable sensor modules or plug-ins. These swappable plug-ins allow designers to rapidly evaluate and compare an expanding portfolio of sensors. The TWR-MEM peripheral module provides added memory capacity to Tower System designs. The TWR-LCD features a 3.2" QVGA TFT LCD display and attaches to the outer edge of the Tower System elevator modules by Side Expansion Port connectors. Learn More
TWR-MEM Module
NXP Tower Memory Module (TWR-MEM) adds external memory and expansion I/O card support to the NXP Tower System. It can be used with a wide variety of Tower Processor Modules with an SPI and/or external bus interface (EBI). The NXP TWR-MEM features a Serial Flash device, MRAM device, SD™ Card slot, and CompactFlash® slot. A CPLD is used to interface between the external bus interface (memory bus) of the host processor and the CompactFlash slot. This CPLD can also be used to prototype custom interfaces. Learn More
