STMicroelectronics 600W TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive equipment against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Over-Stress (EOS). These devices feature a fast response time and a peak pulse power of 600W (10/1000μs). Featuring Planar Technology, these TVS devices are ideal for high-end equipment and Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) applications where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required to provide long-term reliability and stability. Their low clamping voltages provides a high safety margin to protect sensitive circuits with extended life time expectancy. These TVS Devices also feature a maximum junction Temperature (TJ) rating of +175°C, ensuring protection in high temperatures and harsh environments. Parts that contain AY in the part number are AEC-Q101 Automotive Qualified.
