Manufactured qualitatively. Fast shipping. the transportation is a little bit of the odin of the radiators. but the work does not affect. Adjustment from the input voltage and up to 34.5 volts. the response occurs at the input voltage of 10 volts. Connected the halogen from the car, after 5 minutes of operation heated strongly (capacitors are very heated). So if the load is up to 3 amps. over 3 amps you need to increase the radiators or put forced cooling. Maximum 5 amps of load should withstand, but no more.
