BD71815AGW Power Management IC
ROHM Semiconductor BD71815AGW Power Management IC (PMIC) is a single-chip power management solution ideal for battery-powered portable devices. The BD71815AGW combines 5 buck converters, 8 LDOs, a boost driver for LED, and a 500mA single-cell linear charger. The BD71815AGW PMIC also includes a real-time clock (RTC), and a 32kHz crystal oscillator. This PMIC also includes a Coulomb counter and a general purpose output (GPO). The BD71815AGW PMIC buck converters supply power to the application processor. In order to maintain highest efficiency over a wide range of current loads, PFM and PWM modes are supported by the converters. The BD71815AGW PMIC operates at a high switching frequency of 6MHz and incorporates Dynamic Voltage Scaling (DVS) for the processor core regulator.
