The parcel did not receive, the dispute opened. The seller did not want to return the money. Ali closed the dispute in my favor. The seller wrote that in case of receipt, i paid to paypal. here i sit and i think it was 3.5 months, the parcel came today. I don't need the goods anymore. Pay or not?! Maybe the seller's fault is partly because he uses cheap mail, and the main fault of the postal service of china and russia. the track is not tracked anywhere.
