In reality when you untangle them and lay them down, box looks pretty empty.Box lead is not tight on the section walls (small halfball in the center underside of the lead is preventing lead to sit on top of section walls), and this allows capacitors to cross section walls when box is shaken or turned sideways or upside-down.
