The ZVS phase shift full bridge evaluation board (CoolMOS CFD2 IPW65R080CFD) represents the new developed ZVS DC-DC converter for telecom rectifiers with an output voltage from 45V DC to 56V DC and an output power of 2kW. This converter works with an input voltage between 350V DC and 420V DC (typical 385V DC) and a switching frequency of 100kHz on the primary side. | Summary of Features: Input voltage: 350-420V DC; Output voltage: 45 up to 56V DC; Output power: up to 2kW; Peak efficiency: 96.6% | Benefits: Full ZVS achieved even in the leading leg of the bridge starting from 25% load onwards; Optimized primary and secondary delay times | Target Applications: Telecom rectifiers/ SMPS; Industrial high power SMPS; High power battery chargers
