TPS7B69xx/TPS7B69xx-Q1 Low Dropout Regulators
OMO Electronic TPS7B69xx/TPS7B69xx-Q1 Low Dropout Regulators are ultra-low Iq, low-dropout linear regulators that operate at up to 40V unregulated input voltage. With only 15µA (typical) quiescent current at light load, the device is applicable for standby micro control unit systems. These devices are especially for always-on applications like e-meters, fire alarms, and smoke detectors. Each of the devices has integrated short-circuit and overcurrent protection. The TPS7B69xx device operates over a –40°C to 105°C temperature range. The TPS7B69xx-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
