    I ordered 4 different electronic components from this seller. After the usual amount of time, a single package that contained all the items I ordered arrived.This is a review for one of the items: TL431A voltage reference. The voltage references look ok and they are the correct type and quantity (like all the items I received in this order).I tested one of the TL431As and I was able to make a 5V reference voltage out of a variable input voltage (6V and 12V shown in photos). Note: power supply shows 0 current in one of the photos, but there is current, it's just too low to be measured correctly by the power supply.

STBP Voltage Protection ICs
STMicroelectronics STBP Voltage Protection ICs provides overvoltage protection for input voltage up to +28V. Their low RDS(on) N-channel MOSFET switch protects the systems connected to the OUT pin against failures of the DC power supplies in accordance with the China MII Communications Standard YD/T 1591-2006. In the event of an input overvoltage condition, the device immediately disconnects the DC power supply by turning off an internal low RDS(on) N-channel MOSFET to prevent damage to protected components. In addition, these devices also monitor their own junction temperature and switches off the internal MOSFET if the junction temperature exceeds the specified limit. Each device can be controlled by a microcontroller and can also provide status information about fault conditions.Learn More
