Seller sent me 2 old used and damaged fans and 2 new. I had ordered a total of 2 pairs (4 fans), however, half the fans are bad quality. 2 fans work fine, 1 fan is completely dead, and one works intermittently (sometimes need a start by moving the blades). I contacted the store and sent them the pictures, however they did not resolve the issue yet. Store's rating look good, so not sure if this was by oversight or intentional.
