Nexperia BZX84W Zener Diodes are general-purpose, featuring a wide working voltage range of nominal 2.4V to 75V. The BZX84W Diodes offer a forward current (IF) of 200mA, total power dissipation of 275mW, and a junction temperature of 150°C. The BZX84W is available in a SOT323 (SC-70) leadless very small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The BZX84W Zener Diodes are ideal for general regulation functions and high-frequency applications.
