The adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V from 4.5V to 60V input rail provides a versatile solution further enhanced by 2A, 4A, 6A, 10A output current.
microBUCK Integrated Voltage Regulators
Vishay microBUCK® Integrated Voltage Regulators are integrated with high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. These regulators architecture delivers ultrafast transient response with minimum output capacitance and tight ripple regulation at very light load.
