Delivery to samara 2 months. Measured parameters. Maximum drain-source voltage vds = more than 540 volts. The capacity of the transition tester intended about 1480 pf. Rds transport resistance is about 0,34 ohm. Transistors are good. The seller and the product definitely recommend!!!

***AS INSTRUM: The Texas Instruments bq27620-G1 system-side is an easy configure microcontroller peripheral that provides fuel gauging for single-cell Li-Ion battery packs. The device requires minimal user configuration and system microcontroller firmware development.

***as Instruments Inc.: The bq27620-G1 uses the patented Impedance Track™ algorithm with Dynamic Voltage Correlation for fuel gauging. This patented process eliminates the need for a when calculating remaining battery capacity (mAh), state-of-charge (%), run-time to empty (min), battery voltage (mV), temperature (°C) and state of health (%).
