NCP140 150mA Very Low Dropout Regulators: ON Semiconductor NCP140 Series 150mA Very Low Dropout Regulators provide outstanding voltage accuracy. The NCP140 also has a clean output voltage. Together the voltage accuracy and output voltage makes the LDO ideal for power sensitive applications. The very low quiescent current (Typ.) 45µA and almost zero current at disable mode makes the NCP140 convenient for battery powered applications.
