NCP151 LDO Regulator: ON Semiconductor NCP151 LDO Regulator is a dual linear Low Dropout Regulator capable of supplying two independent 300mA output currents from a 1.7V input voltage. The NCP151 provides a wide output voltage range from 0.8V up to 3.6V. This device delivers a high 70dB at 1kHz Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR), and very good dynamic performance as load/line transients. In connection with low quiescent current the NCP151 is very suitable for various battery powered applications such as tablets, smartphones, and wireless devices. Each output is fully protected in case of output overload, output short circuit condition, and overheating, ensuring a very robust design.
