The ZNEO32! provide 3-phase PWM generator units suitable for inverter motor drive systems. Most ZNEO32! MCUs have two built-in channels for generators to simultaneously control two individual inverter motors. Some MCUs include operational amplifiers and comparators with up to three 12-bit high-speed ADC units. These ADC units have 16-channel analog multiplexed inputs to gather information from the motor.

Zilog Z32F064 Microcontrollers can control up to one inverter motor or one inverter motor and Power Factor Correction (PFC) function simultaneously. Multiple powerful external serial interfaces help communicate with onboard sensors and devices.
