TCR2DG Low Noise Low Drop-Out Regulators
Toshiba TCR2DG Low Noise Low Drop-Out Regulators are CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulators with an on/off control input. TCR2DG Regulators provide low dropout voltage, low quiescent bias current and fast load transient response in an ultra-small WCSP4 (0.79mm x 0.79mm x 0.5mm) package. The TCR2DG series is available in fixed output voltages between 1.2V and 3.6V and capable of driving up to 200mA. The devices offer overcurrent protection and thermal shut down function. The series has a low dropout voltage of 75mV (2.5V output, IOUT = 100mA) with low output noise voltage of 18μVrms (2.5V output) and a load transient response of only ⊿VOUT = ±65mV ( IOUT = 1mA⇔150mA, COUT =1.0μF). Because small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the TCR2DG series, these devices are ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones.Learn More
