The SIC46x/SIC47x Regulators are highly configurable with adjustable switching frequency from 100kHz to 2MHz, supplying high continuous current in its power stage. The adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V from 4.5V to 60V input rail provides a versatile solution further enhanced by 2A, 4A, 6A, 10A output current.

SIC4x microBUCK™ Integrated Buck Regulators: Vishay Siliconix SiC4xx microBUCK™ Integrated Buck Regulators are a family of products that leverage Vishay's unique combination of discrete MOSFET design, IC expertise, and packaging capability to provide customers with cost-effective, high-performance integrated solutions. The resulting integrated solutions deliver a significant reduction in board space requirements. This benefits the designer by giving more space for critical system functionality. This device is capable of supplying 6A continuous current at up to 1MHz switching frequency. This regulator produces an adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V from 4.5V to 60.0V input rail to accommodate a variety of applications, including computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial.
