Programmer working, not full version without one chip, when turning on windows 10 immediately defines as pickit3. On the board of the programmer there is no flux, the soldering is even, and on the board with the panel there is a flux, but it's gone smoothly. On the board with the panel there is a table on the installation of jumpers, jumpers are signed, but the pins are not numbered (123), because of which it is not immediately clear how to install them.
