ADuM120N/ADuM121N Dual-Channel Digital Isolators: Analog Devices ADuM120N/ADuM121N Dual-Channel Digital Isolators with iCoupler® technology offer outstanding performance characteristics. The isolators have a low 13ns propagation delay with a pulse width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V operation. Designed with independent data channels, the isolators offer tight channel matching at 3.0ns maximum. Operating on either side of a 1.8V to 5V supply voltage, the isolators are compatible with lower voltage systems and enable voltage translation across the isolation barrier. Even in the absence of input logic transitions, DC correctness is ensured.
