The MPLADxxKP TVS diodes feature high-power, high-reliability with wafer fabrication, low capacitance signal protection, and low-profile SMD/SMT package. These MPLADxxKP diodes meet a multi-stroke lightning standard RTCA DO-160, section-22 for aircraft design.
