Bourns CD214A-BxR, CD214B-BxR, CD214B-FSx, and CD214C-BxR, CD214C-FSx, and CD214C-Sx Rectifier Chip Diodes are compact rectifier diodes featuring low forward voltage and high current capability. These 0.96mm or 1.1mm low-profile SMD chip diodes are ideal for portable electronics, communications, computing, and video equipment applications. These Bourns Rectifier Chip Diodes are designed to be mounted directly onto an FR4 PCB and fit the SMA (DO-214AC), SMB (DO-214AA), or SMC (DO-214AB) footprint.
