The Bourns CDTO269-BR1xL surface mount bridge rectifier diodes are designed for converting alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) in power applications. The CDTO269-BR1xL series bridge rectifiers are available with stable clamping voltage and low forward voltages, offering stable output voltage and higher power efficiency.

The markets for portable communications, computing, and video equipment are challenging the semiconductor industry to develop increasingly smaller electronic components. Bourns offers the CDTO269-BR1xL with overvoltage protection for rectification applications in a TO-269AA package, which provides PCB real estate savings due to its considerable size difference compared to most competitive parts. The CDTO269-BR1xL diodes with overvoltage protection offer a forward current of 1 A with a choice of repetitive peak reverse voltages of 190 V and 380 V.
