EachOPI150TXandOPI150TXVisanopcallycoupledisolatorthatconsistsofagalliumaluminumarsenideinfraredlight
emingdiode(OP235TXorOP235TXV)whichisopcallycoupledtoaNPNsiliconphototransistorcomponent(OP804TXor
OP804TXV)bymeansofalightpipeandsealedinahighdielectric
plaschousing.
Thesedevicesaredesignedforapplicaonsthatrequirehighvoltageisolaonbetweeninputandoutput.
TX and TXV device components are processed to OPTEK’s military screening program paerned aer MILPRF19500.
