Notification: Release of version 2 of Connect Tank

Description:
Digi is releasing new versions of the Digi Connect Tank product. This new product
includes many feature enhancements over the previous version. It also addresses a
critical component EOL issue which limited availability of the previous version.
With the release of the new version, some of the existing part numbers will go EOL (see
below).
This release is of the 3G HSPA/2G GSM versions for North America and International
coverage.
Some accessory pricing is also changing witht this release, see accessory pricing below.
Timing:
Product Launch: 10/8/2015
All orders of the products listed below as EOL are blocked and will be transistioned to
the replacement parts when released.
Action:
Customers purchasing the UMTS version of the existing ConnectTank should
immediately start ordering the new part numbers (see below).
Customers purchasing the Verizon or Sprint versions should contact Digi about
availability.

Digi Connect Tank
Digi Connect Tank is a fully integrated cellular-enabled tank level sensor providing remote access to
deployed tanks, totes and containers. Part of the Digi Tank solutions offer, it leverages Digi Device Cloud
and integration services, enabling customers who own or manage large numbers of tanks to easily
integrate into existing applications or work with 3
rd
party applications.
Digi Connect Tank provides logistical and operational optimization via tank level and location data.
Customers can route feet and personnel efficiently, reduce transportation and fuel costs, and increase
supply chain predictability.
Using 3G/2G cellular technologies, Digi Connect Tank can be installed in locations where network
infrastructure may not available. Its small form factor, durable NEMA 4X enclosure, industry safety
ratings and long-life battery make Digi Connect Tank ideal for use in a broad range of tank applications.
