Description
Renesas’ third-generation Universal Serial Bus 3.0 host controller demonstration card, part number YET-D720202-0014, complies with
the Universal Serial Bus 3.0 Specification (USB 3.0) and Intel’s eXtensible Host Controller Interface (xHCI). The demonstration card
supports up to two Super-Speed USB 3.0 ports. This demonstration card uses a PCI Express® Gen 2 system interface bus, which
makes it easy to add multiple SuperSpeed ports to systems containing a PCI Express bus interface.

RENESAS USB3 Host Driver 30230 setup.exe
Note: Microsoft’s Windows 8™ operating system does not require this driver, because it already includes a USB 3.0 host controller
device driver that is compatible with this card. Also, note that many Linux operating system releases already include a device driver for
USB 3.0 too.
