DESCRIPTION
The device is manufactured using Diffused
Collector in Planar technology adopting "Enhance
High Voltage Structure" (EHVS1) developed to fit
High-Definition CRT displays.
The new HD product series show improved silicon
efficiency bringing updated performance to the
Horizontal Deflection stage.
