Description:
The High Visibility 3-Layer Non-Marring Foot Grounder features a bright yellow
rubber cup and neon green snap-loc strap. The three-layer cup has a non-
marring interior and exterior, and is reversible, providing extended life
expectancy. This unit is suitable for cleanrooms, as there is no exposed carbon. The High
Visibility Heel Grounder includes a patented* two megohm “flex” flat resistor (24105 only), 8
strand conductive tab with carbon suffused fibers, and an adjustable snap-loc fastening
system. These units are UL listed.
The product has been tested to ESD STM 97.2 - Floor
Materials and Footwear Voltage Measurement in Combination with a Person. It is a suitable ESD
footwear component in Flooring - Footwear System when used as the primary grounding method

Components:
A. 0.060 inch thick non-marring, solid, three layer, rubber material. Three layers
consist of a yellow dissipative outer layer with a textured grain, black
conductive inner layer, and a yellow dissipative outer layer. Will not mar floors
or shoes with black marks.
B. 3/8" wide, 30" long black polyester tab contains eight (8) electrically conductive carbon
suffused fibers.
C. 3/4" wide, neon green elastic material stretches for comfort.
D. Adjustable snap-loc fastening system.
E. Patented* two megohm flat “flex” resistor (24105 only).

Our UL listed foot grounders are rated at 250 VAC. It is not recommended to use them where exposure to line
voltages above 250 VAC is possible. Caution: The foot grounder is for ESD control. It will not reduce or increase your
risk of receiving electric shock when using or working on electrical equipment.

Note:
Two heel straps are recommended for reliable grounding and ESD
protection, providing ground when one foot is off the floor.
Operator is grounded when foot is in contact with grounded dissipative
or conductive flooring.
ESD Systems.com recommends the use of 41203, 41205,
41220/41213, and 41220/41226 foot ground testers. Ask for Tech
Briefs PS-2057 and PS-2094.
