AVR Parrot

AVR Parrot board implements a voice recorder with ATtiny817. Voice is captured by ADC of
ATtiny817 via a microphone, and played back using DAC of ATtiny817. A dataflash device is used
to store the acquired voice data.
Several user buttons facilitate user's operating with the board (record, playback, erase etc.).
The board is powered by micro USB connector.
