General Description
The High-side switch, which has over-current protection
function, is used for the power supply line of a memory
card slot. In the switch part, an N-channel MOSFET with
low ON resistance has been 1 circuit integrated. The
switch goes OFF when the over-current condition lasts
longer than the over-current shutdown time. The OFF
switch is set to latch off mode. The operating voltage
range is 2.7V to 3.6V and the current limit value is set
on 400mA, 1A.
Moreover, functions of soft start, under voltage lockout,
and over temperature protection are integrated.
