Dual Unbuffered Inverter
The NLX2GU04 MiniGatet is an advanced highïspeed CMOS
dual unbuffered inverter in ultraïsmall footprint.
This device is well suited for use in oscillator, pulseïshaping and
high input impedance amplifier applications. For digital applications,
the NLX2G04 is recommended.
The NLX2GU04 input and output structures provide protection
when voltages up to 7.0 V are applied, regardless of the supply
voltage.
