convertslowpowerlogic‐levelinputtimingsignals,generatedbytheTFT‐LCDtiming

controller(TCON),tohighpowerlevel‐shiftedoutputsignalsusedtodriveaGate‐In‐Panel

(GIP)TFT‐LCD.Thehigh

voltagelevelshifterscanswingupto+60V,withpeakoutput

currentof+460mA(source)and‐730mA(sink).

Theoutputchannelsareorganizedintwoseparategroups.Levelshifteroutputchannels
