Description:
EachOPI125TXandOPI125TXVisanopcallycoupledisolatorthatconsistsofagalliumaluminumarsenideinfraredlight
emingdiode(OP235TXorOP235TXV)andamonolithicintegratedcircuitwhichincorporatesaphotodiode,alinear
amplierandaSchmitriggeronasingledie(OPL800TXorOPL800TXV),
sealedinahighdielectricplaschousing.The
devicefeaturesTTL/LSTTLcompablelogicleveloutputwhichcandriveupto8TTLloadsdirectlywithoutaddional
circuitry.Alsofeaturedaremediumspeeddataratesto250KBaudwithtypicalriseandfallmesof70nanoseconds.
Thesedevices
aredesignedforapplicaonsthatrequirehighvoltageisolaonbetweeninputandoutput.
TX and TXV device components are processed to OPTEK’s military screening program paerned aer MILPRF19500.
